We clean commercial facilities on regular schedules. Every engagement starts with a written scope of work that lists what will be cleaned, the products used, the frequency, and what falls outside scope. There are no verbal understandings. If it is not in the scope, it is not assumed.
We do not clean residential homes. We do not do one-time event cleanups without a prior relationship. We do not take work outside the 25-mile coverage radius from Long Lake. These limits exist so the accounts we do take can be staffed and managed properly.
