The first 30 days of a commercial cleaning contract establish whether a relationship works. Most problems at that stage come from a mismatch between what the buyer expected and what the contract actually covered. We prevent that with a written scope before the first crew arrives.

1

Inquiry and initial contact

You call (866) 958-8773 or submit the quote form. We ask about your facility type, square footage, frequency preference and any compliance or access requirements. This takes 10 minutes.

2

Written scope of work and quote

Within one business day we send a line-item scope covering every area to be cleaned, the product type used on each surface, the frequency of each task, and what is explicitly outside scope. The quote price is attached. No verbal estimates.

3

Walkthrough

If you want to proceed, we schedule a walkthrough of your facility before the first clean. We identify anything the written scope needs to accommodate — access codes, locked areas, product restrictions, special floor types. The crew lead who will work your account attends this walkthrough.

4

First clean

On the agreed start date, the assigned crew cleans to the written scope. We ask you or your facilities contact to do a walkthrough the following morning and report any misses.

5

30-day check-in

At the 30-day mark we contact you to review the first month. Are the task frequencies right? Has your facility use changed? Do any areas need scope adjustment? This is the point where a scope becomes a stable operating rhythm rather than a set of open questions.

Response-Time Commitment

Issues reported Monday through Friday before 5:00pm receive a same-day acknowledgment and a resolution plan by end of business. Issues reported after hours or on weekends are addressed first thing the next business day. This is what our operating hours allow us to commit to honestly.
